The Avanza Series 600 F270-100 is a simple and elegant machine that offers great value for money. Its compact width (just 20cm) is a big draw. So too is the excellent value for money its modest price tag offers. When a clean or descale is required the Melitta Avanza will alert you, ensuring optimum performance of the machine is maintained. Automatic cleaning and descaling is accessed via a service button which also allows you to alter brewing temperature, water hardness settings and the auto-off feature. If a Melitta Pro Aqua Water Filer is used (available separately) this automatic coffee machine may only need to be descaled once a year (depending on water hardness and the amount the machine is used). As well as cutting down on limescale the filter wil l improve the quality and flavour of your coffee.

Overall, I’m giving the Lelit Bianca V3 Dual Boiler a perfect 10/10. It’s the crème de la crème of espresso machines, and worth every penny if you’re able to splash the cash. 4. After using the Avanza series 600 for around a week we’ve been impressed with what the machine throws out. We absolutely loved the flexibility of the Espresso’s and when served the end product was pretty awesome. Almost commercial-grade coffee. The crema on top was smooth as it should and the appearance and aroma were brilliant.

We would have loved to have had the option to manually steam our drinks using a wand. There’s also something about a milk-hose that we just can’t get with. It made everything just a bit too fiddly.
